One to One

Our One to One service is a private consultation and therapeutic session where we work together to assist you in overcoming any challenges you may have.  Our sessions are approx 1hour in duration


Sports Mind Development

We have developed this course and broken it down to 4 individual sessions either 1 to 1 or in groups. It is tailored for anybody who trains their body whether its just daily exercise right up to the high-performance athlete. Whether you are just exercising once or twice a week on your own or are part of a team. Taking this course will give you the edge on your own personal training. Our mind has a massive part to play in how we train and in reaching our goals. On this course, we will give you all the tools you need to reach those goals and leave you in no doubt how you can succeed in them. 


Skype Sessions

All our Skype sessions are private and one to one and we work together to assist you in overcoming your challenges and achieving your goals. Our sessions are approx 45 mins in duration. You will need a good Wifi connection for our skype sessions


4 Week Self Development

On our 4 week plan we focus on your personal goal and over 4 individual one to one sessions we work towards that goal with you assisting you to achieve it.

Self Development  

Our mind is a bit like a Jig-Saw and using a variety of the techniques below combined together we are able to assist you in putting your puzzles together allowing you to move forward and achieve your own personal goals.

CBT 

Cognitive behavioural therapy is a form of psychotherapy. It was originally designed to treat depression but is now used for a number of mental illnesses. It works to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behaviours.

Enhanced CBT 

Basic CBT intertwined with various other proven techniques to assist you and empower you to overcome your struggles.

Psychotherapy 

Psychotherapy is a way to assist you, by helping you understand the challenge and where it is arising from. It teaches strategies and gives you tools to deal with stress and unhealthy thoughts and behaviours. Using a variety of techniques including Analysis it is a very powerful and effective therapy with outstanding results

Counselling and Psychotherapy
 

Counselling and psychotherapy are for anybody. Sometimes life can be difficult for us, it can be at times unmanageable and challenging. Through Counselling, we can be a great support and assistance at difficult times. it can deal with more immediate or crisis issues e.g. relationship break-up, bereavement, stress or work issues and using Psychotherapy we can look at deeper more long-term issues that may have their roots in our past, (e.g. abuse issues, trauma in childhood) which are affecting our present life. Frequently Counselling and psychotherapy overlap and are used interchangeably. With these therapies, you can explore and discover more resourceful ways of managing your life. 

Hypnotherapy 

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis and a wide array of techniques to help our clients overcome their challenges. There are 2 types of hypnotherapy, 1. Suggestion 1-4 sessions and Analysis 8-12 session dependent on the challenge that is being faced. Both will be discussed and explained in detail with your therapist on your initial Consultation.

Trans-personal Therapy 

Trans-personal therapy is a type of therapy that doesn't just focus on a person's body and mind but on the health of a person's spirit. This type of therapy puts an emphasis on a person's spiritual path or spiritual enlightenment during their life and enables them to take the next step on their journey.

Working from and integrating the therapies above we conduct client specific tailor-made programmes for each individual client and assist you in achieving your specific goals.
 
All our therapists are fully trained professional therapists and conduct their sessions in a safe, confidential way in comfortable settings allowing you to talk about and explore life’s challenges in a non-judgemental space The relationship is one of respect and non-judgement between you and the therapist and meetings usually last 50 minutes to one hour approx and are totally confidential and bound by a strict code of ethics under the ICHP rules and procedures in line with all government legislation.

Weekend Retreats

Our weekend Retreat of Self Discovery & Inner Child takes place twice a year.

On this weekend we provide an introduction to your mind and how it works. there are guided meditations at various times on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday morning. With these meditations, you will be guided to explore personal realisations, personal understanding's, personal insights & personal self-reflection in a lovely, calm & relaxed space. You will also be facilitated over the weekend at different times by our Guide if you may require any 1 to 1 assistance.

A weekend full of wonderful meditations, assisting you to find your inner goals, inner creativity & your inner you.
